Intro
Private Bank (PB) Italy CFO is looking for a position as Business Finance specialist.
Within PB Italy CFO department, the primary focus of the role is on supporting the team processes in coordination with DB Group functions as well as in supporting the financial reporting for PB Italy management as well as for Europe Domestic (including Belgium and Spain) area. In addition, the person may be required to perform other activities, depending on the overall team needs and requirements.
Responsabilities
Assist team leader in managing core team processes such as Forecast, Flash and Actual.
Maintain PB Italy and PB Europe Domestic MIS and prepare financial reporting for PB management.
Support preparation of financial disclosure for PB Italy forums.
Maintain and evolve a robust financial control framework over the business in scope.
Carry forward automation of processes and manage ongoing projects to further enhance existing financial reporting and capabilities.
Involvement in the definition of the yearly planning process / planning data development along with ad hoc business initiatives cases set-up and monitoring.
Liaise with broader PB Italy organization and other local functions (e.g. Risk, TDI, Regional finance, Sales Management) and various international teams.
Skills
3-5 years experience in a financial institution.
Excellent skills with Excel, knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence platform is a plus.
Previous experiences in finance or planning and performance management is preferred
Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail, strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to communicate effectively to different stakeholders.
Structured and organized in approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to details.
Proactive – will seek to find the right solution and options to issues within and outside their specific remit.
Assertive and engaging and able to quickly build and maintain effective working relationships.
Positive, collaborative, flexible and able to operate successfully in a constantly changing environment.
A university degree or other closely related professional qualification.
Language skills: fluent in English
