Lead a critical regulatory agenda while owning a product that prevents misdirected payments and fraud. As product owner for Verification of Payee (VoP), you will shape real-time payee verification and ensure our solutions meet regulatory expectations every time, working with around 145 colleagues across Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Lithuania and India. 

You will:

• Lead the VoP squad as product owner, set vision and roadmap, prioritise the backlog and deliver features that meet customer and business needs
• Partner with client-facing teams and customers to validate problems, shape solutions and drive adoption, and prepare and present materials for governance, audits and oversight
• Own the tribe-wide regulatory portfolio and roadmap, interpret requirements and define scope, controls and reusable standards with clear milestones
• Coordinate the regulatory agenda across squads, align product owners, manage dependencies and ensure consistent standards and audit-ready outcomes 

About you:

• 2 + years delivering regulatory change in financial services, owning outcomes across multiple squads
• Strong grasp of key payment regulations and standards, like PSD2, PSD3, Payment Services Regulation (PSR), SEPA scheme rulebooks, EU Instant Payments Regulation etc.
• Ability to translate regulations into product scope, controls and reusable standards with clear traceability from requirement to release
• Strong agile product ownership skills: prioritization, backlog management and acceptance criteria that embed controls and evidence
• Excellent stakeholder management with clear English written and verbal communication

Monthly salary ranges from 4880 EUR to 7320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
