W&O Services handles the onboarding of both private and business customers, making sure every customer has a smooth transition into Danske Bank. W&O teams of 190 dedicated professionals work to make the onboarding smooth, ensuring it is efficient and easy for all customers. My team thrives on creativity, consistently proposing fresh ideas to enhance our workflows. We focus on deliver smooth, efficient onboarding journey for natural persons, ensuring compliance with AML regulations while maintaining a personalized touch every step of the way.
The workplace is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office.
You will:
Investigate customer profiles, searching for unusual activity or indications of money laundering
Follow standard rules and procedures
Ensure timely, efficient, quality, and up-to-standard delivery, comply with AML requirements
Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvements
Perform variety of tasks as per the agreed daily, weekly, or quarterly plan and maintain efficiency
Take responsibility for good teamwork and team spirit
About you:
High level of accuracy, focus on quality, and attention to details
Agility and ability to respond well to change with a high tolerance for a changing environment
A team player with a willingness to learn and a professional mindset
Upper-intermediate English skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work full-time, at least three days a week from the office
