Are you an experienced leader with a strong focus on optimising back-office operations and driving customer experiences?
Danske Bank is currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Team Leader to oversee our Customer Care Delivery team supporting the Swedish market. You will lead the team of 11 employees.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
You will:
- Lead and motivate the back-office team to manage and deliver marketplace-related tasks, audit letters, ordering portal product related tasks, and customer experience initiatives
- Supervise the preparation and delivery of audit letters during audit letter peak period, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
- Oversee the management and optimisation of the ordering portal to ensure seamless processes for internal and external stakeholders
- Drive improvements in customer experience by empowering your team to deliver timely and professional support
- Monitor team's performance and provide coaching to support your teams personal development by providing feedback and allocating time and resources, and ensure alignment with Danske Banks standards and values
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices
About you:
- 2-3 years of previous leadership experience in back-office operations within the financial services sector
- Strong understanding of audit processes, including the preparation and handling of audit letters
- Strong time management and the ability to navigate diverse meetings and audiences, from technical discussions to people-focused sessions
- Solid interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members and peers
- Detail-oriented and organised, with a strategic approach to managing multiple priorities effectively
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken)

Monthly salary range from 3040 EUR to 4560 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
