Full Job Description

Customer Capabilities is a diverse tribe of 100+ colleagues working in 11 crossfunctional teams across Denmark, Lithuania, and India. Together, we build robust endtoend solutions that power critical banking services for millions of customers and colleagues at Danske Bank - covering core domains such as Fees, Interest, Tax Reporting, and Customer Communication.
Open position is in the Fee domain which is a domain responsible for transforming Danske Banks fee ecosystem to a modern eco system build on cutting edge technology.
You will:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment with organisational objectives
- Analyse business requirements, document them and ensure stakeholder signoff.
- Contribute structured ideas for process improvement and critically evaluate proposals to assess their feasibility and potential for enhancing end-to-end processes
- Implement improvement initiatives within your area of expertise, ensuring solutions are practical, value-adding, and aligned with agreed objectives and fully tested and signed off prior to deployment.
- Support project and delivery teams by tracking actions, preparing materials, and ensuring requirements are well-understood and traceable
- Drive initiatives by organising and facilitating events, workshops, and training sessions to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and effective information gathering
About you:
- 2-3 years experience as a business analyst
- Self-driven, able to switch between detail and the big picture, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and present information with attention to detail and accuracy
- A readiness to take on new challenges, coupled with a strong commitment to growth both personally and professionally
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced English skills, both in verbal and written communication.
- Curious about the use of new technologies

Monthly salary range from 2600 EUR to 3900 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
