Full Job Description
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
The Regulatory Nexus Squad
We would describe our Squad as centered around collaboration, trust and team spirit. You will run independently with own responsibilities but also have close sparring and collaboration with all Squad members, which includes a Product Owner, Business Analysts and Cloud and Data Engineers.
Our Squad is responsible supporting bank-wide regulatory compliance solutions, leading the design and delivery of cloud-based data orchestration platforms for Nordic regulatory authorities.
This position is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. We support a hybrid work model, with employees working from the office three days a week and remotely for two days.
About the role
- Gathering, validating, defining and documenting business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Translating business requirements into technologically feasible solution ideas
- Identifying issues, risks, benefits and business impacts of both existing and proposed solutions, and clearly communicating these to stakeholders
- Planning and running testing activities, including writing test cases and executing test scenarios to ensure high solution quality
- Managing stakeholder expectations by ensuring alignment on requirements, desired outcomes and potential risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Actively participating in agile events, such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives
What you bring?
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably working with back-end deliveries or data domains within AML or regulatory areas
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Practical experience with database structures and querying, including SQL
- Expertise in gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for different stakeholder groups, including non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with testing activities, including writing test cases and executing test scenarios to ensure high solution quality
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on competencies relevant to the role).
