As a Business Analyst with Capgemini, you will help shape the vision with the client by understanding stakeholder needs, eliciting processes, data, and capabilities, and translating them into clear business requirements for current and future solutions. In this role you will:
- Analyze functional and nonfunctional IT requirements, synthesize available information, and ensure the project team fully understands the specifications using the applicable methodology and toolset.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to capture their needs, concerns, and contributions, and consolidate them into a comprehensive requirements specification.
- Provide input on detailed design issues and integration specifications, supporting low
level design decisions where necessary.- Conduct business risk analysis and maintain key project artefacts such as the traceability matrix.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects to design process and data models using standard modelling tools.
- Support training activities for administrators and users and provide assistance throughout development, testing, and deployment phases.
Your profile
- Strong experience in business and IT system analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into structured and actionable IT requirements.
- Handson experience using modelling and design tools (e.g., ARIS, Enterprise Architect) and strong command of UML techniques.
- Good understanding of relational database concepts and the ability to apply architectural principles to functional solutions using model
based representations.- Experience supporting testing activities, documentation, training, deployment, and reporting within IT projects.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst, and minimum 2 years of experience in modelling and UML.
- Excellent communication skills in English, French is considered as an asset.
