• Actively participating in designing prototypes and MVPs, laying the architectural foundation for new software solutions with specific emphasis on cloud implementation and continuous integration (CI/CD);
• Documenting functional architecture to ensure solutions align with business expectations;
• Supporting incident resolution, bug fixes, and assisting the test and development teams;
• Working in an agile team setup, collaborating with business domain colleagues, business analysts, developers, application operation experts and engaging in discussions with stakeholders, bringing strong communication skills and leadership affinity;
• Advising management on architectural decisions, considering technical developments, internal banking guidelines, implementation costs, and future operational costs for solution development and operation;
• Developing target visions and providing concrete guidelines for ongoing and future implementation projects;
• Collaborating with product teams in the Loans and restructuring solutions cluster to create an architectural vision aligned with the bank's technology and design standards;
• Designing and developing solutions for complex business requirements and business data objects for cluster products and associated processes, aligning them with enterprise architecture;
• Integrating backend systems from Commerzbank's IT landscape to realize application functionality in coordination with responsible teams from various areas;
• Participating in bank-wide architecture communities and align within domain and enterprise level;
• Monitoring market architecture and technology trends and evaluate these with product teams.

• Previous experience in solutioning and architecting solutions for the products and requirements;
• Solid knowledge with SAP Skill, SAP S4/Hana, SAP FS CML and ComScore system;
• Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Java Frameworks Spring;
• High knowledge of Software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, layered, etc.);
• Deep understanding of object-oriented analysis and design/architecture;
• Experience with micro-service based solutions including technologies like Kafka and Cloud specific services to design the soluion architecture;
• Previous experience with Cloud Solutions & CI/CD;
• High knowledge of RESTful Web Services;
• Experience with messaging services (Kafka, Google Pub/Sub);
• Experience with relational database and (Oracle, MS SQL);
• Very good communication skills;
• Strong leadership experience;
• German would be considered as an advantage;
• University degree in IT or relevant.

Cluster Loan and Restructuring Solutions provides cross-product and cross-segment tools for accurate efficient risk screening and risk-adequate processing of credit exposures. In LaRS are managed inventory and processing platforms for all domestic and international credit products (except trade products).

The cluster is structured in cross functional teams that consist of business experts, developers and operations to bundle a wide range of skills and personality. We work in an agile environment to ensure efficient, customer-centered software development and operations with a short time to market.
