• Incident Management: Monitoring systems and responding to incidents to minimize downtime and service disruptions
• Change Management: Producing change requests in accordance with the rules
• Assisting with the setup, implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitOps methods
• Managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters
• Working closely with cross-functional teams
• Acceptance of on-call services

• University degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Previous experience as an Engineer Operation, System Administrator or DevOps
• Knowledge of ITIL or other change/incident management frameworks
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools and GitOps methods
• Good understanding of Kubernetes management and container orchestration
• Experience working with API webservices
• Knowledge of scripting languages and programming languages (e.g. Python, Bash, Typescript) and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) is a plus
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Ideally expertise in SAP Cloud Services (SAP IAS, BTP and CPI), otherwise the willingness to learn
• Independent and structured working methods with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Good communication and cooperation skills
