Job Overview

The Ops Support Specialist 3 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Specialist 3 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Document processes in an accurate and detailed manner and follow established procedures to complete complex assignments
• Identify process gaps requiring escalation, offering potential solutions
• Assist with inventory management and workflow needs as dictated through risk priority and service level
• Support a range of products and services
• Analyze problems and formulate solutions through research and investigation
• Navigate, test and execute moderately complex databases, spreadsheets, and systems
• Ensure accurate and timely account handling
• Assist in activities that help reduce organizational impact and/or loss
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient computer and typing skills
• Ability to adapt to new technology quickly and seamlessly
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with others to complete assigned tasks

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Funciones

• Ejecucin de controles mediante la matriz de riesgos PRCT (ARCAM) 
• Identificacin de riesgos y deteccin de desviaciones al proceso para  diferentes portafolios, file central crditos, centralizadora, hipotecario, tarjetas/ retail
• Aseguar que los analistas de los diversos portafolios hayan realizado el proceso de acuerdo a lo que esta dentro de los manuales de politicas y procedimientos.
• Dictamina si el analista se apego el proceso y politicas correspondiente.
• Anlisis para diseo de controles. 
• Extraccion de bases de datos
• Anlisis de calidad en el proceso de atencin de solicitudes mediante  herramientas digitales y/o buzones departamentales vs documentacin mandatoria y ejecucin en sistemas bancarios (ADMWIN)
• Reporte sobre incidentes o reas de oportunidad detectadas
• El analista valida que el proceso de los ejecutivos de distintas reas se haya realizado conforme a politicas y lineamientos.

Requisitos 

• Experiencia en lineas de control PRCT/ ARCAM (Deseable)
• Experiencia en analisis y deteccion de riesgos
• Conocimientos en sistema ADMWIN, Eclipse (Deseable)
• Experiencia en extraccion de bases de datos , generacion de reportes, tablas dinamicas
• Experiencia en proceso de calidad y riesgo
• La vacante es un perfil inicial por lo cual se requiere experiencia basica-inicial

Zona de trabajo Revolucion/ Moras, se trasladan entre ambas zonas

Horario- L-V 9 am a 6 pm o 10 am a 7 pm
