YOUR ROLE

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the onsite supervision of electrical installation and testing activities within an industrial environment. This is a fieldbased role with a strong focus on safety, quality, and coordination, ensuring electrical works are executed in accordance with approved designs, technical standards, and site procedures.

You can expect to oversee low and mediumvoltage electrical activities from installation through testing and commissioning support. The role requires close collaboration with contractors, commissioning teams, and site management, along with the ability to proactively resolve technical issues and maintain progress in a dynamic construction setting.

This position is well suited to professionals with solid industrial electrical experience who are comfortable leading field activities, enforcing safety rules, and acting as the technical reference point on site.

What you can expect in the role:

  • Field supervision of LV and MV electrical installation and testing activities
  • Coordination and daily control of multiple electrical contractors on site
  • Enforcement of site safety rules and permittowork systems
  • Inspection of installation quality and verification against drawings and specifications
  • Followup of work progress and reporting of status, risks, and constraints
  • Resolution of technical queries and support to construction and commissioning teams
  • Participation in precommissioning and commissioning activities, including punch list followup

YOUR PROFILE

  • Academic background in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supervising industrial electrical installation and testing activities, including LV and MV systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and electrical safety practices, with proven application in site environments
  • Demonstrated capability to coordinate multiple contractors, resolve technical queries, and maintain progress under construction conditionsHigh commitment to safety compliance, including strict application of permittowork systems and site rules
  • Experience supporting precommissioning and commissioning activities
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work model (3 days at the office / site as required)
