Client Partner - Manufacturing (M&LS)

Your role

As a Client Partner at Capgemini, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring successful delivery of consulting and technology transformation programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning Capgeminis capabilities with client needs to deliver measurable business value, combining a strong commercial mindset with an analytical and consulting-driven approach. The targeted client base is primarily located in Western Denmark, with clients across the country.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Managing and growing key client accounts, including P&L responsibility

  • Developing and growing strategic client relationships within the Manufacturing sector

  • Identifying and developing opportunities based on client needs and long-term value

  • Leading and shaping complex opportunities, including structuring proposals and solution design across Capgeminis service lines

  • Ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction across engagements, with active contribution to delivery when relevant

Your profile

  • Commercially driven leader with a background as a Management Consultant, Client Partner, or Client Delivery Partner in IT consulting and technology services.
  • Strong logical and analytical skillset, with experience structuring client problems, shaping solutions, and leading proposals

  • Experience working close to delivery, with the ability and willingness to contribute to project work when relevant

  • Trusted advisor mindset with proven ability to build credibility and engage senior stakeholders (C-suite level)

  • Solid understanding of digital transformation, cloud, data, or enterprise technology landscapes, combined with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client engagement
