Within the Group, you will join the AXA Group Ceded Re department, which has the following missions: Define and implement the AXA Group's reinsurance strategy. Protect the earnings and balance sheets of the Group and its subsidiaries. Analyze risks of hedged portfolios to determine appropriate reinsurance structures and leverage mutualization at the Group level. Implement solutions that optimize the Group's internal capacities and facilitate risk transfers to external markets. Ensure the security and efficiency of reinsurance operations for the Group and its subsidiaries. Within this Department, you will be part of the Markets Team, responsible for the design, structuring, placement and management of the reinsurance programs of all AXA General Insurance (GI) entities of your Region, for all lines of business, both in P&C and in Life & Health. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Within its scope, which includes several Group subsidiaries, the Client Executive is responsible for the placement and monitoring of local reinsurance treaties. He is the favorite contact for all exchanges both internally (Actuarial Department, Risk Management, Accounting Department, Claims Department, Legal Department, etc.) and externally with reinsurers, brokers and AXA entities within its scope. Main activities The Client Executive will be responsible for : Providing full support for reinsurance needs of the supervised entities, Continuously analyze and monitor the reinsurance results of the supervised entities, Conduct regular in-person visits to the supervised entities, Performing regular analysis of reinsurance market, its development and challenges, including participation in key market events, Collaborate closely with the entities and AXA Ceded Re teams to develop optimal solutions for reinsurance needs across different lines of business (Life and Non-Life), Contributing to the identification of reinsurance structures to better protect the results and the balance sheet, optimizing the value retained, Analyze the development of the portfolio, UW strategy and the entities performance results, Preparing and analyzing the renewal package, submit and monitor the renewal process, , evaluate bids submitted by reinsurers and brokers, participate actively in negotiations with reinsurers and brokers in order to secure the best terms and conditions for the entities Participate in the revision of contractual wording for the treaties and manage contractual waivers in close cooperation with other departments of AXA Ceded Re and the entities, Presenting on regular basis to the supervised entities the reinsurance results, Carrying out an analysis of the economic and financial situation of the supervised markets, Taking part in the coordination of actuarial studies carried out by AXA Ceded Re teams on the various treaties, Providing technical assistance to back office teams and take part in the monitoring of reporting, Foster and maintain relationships with brokers and reinsurers with whom the AXA Group works.
