Your Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Process Mapping Specialist with deep expertise in Signavio to lead and support enterprise-wide process mapping and improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong banking domain experience, a solid understanding of operations, and hands-on exposure to KYC and customer contact processes. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, the Process Governance Office, and transformation teams to ensure all process artefacts align with organizational and industry standards.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Lead end-to-end business process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization using Signavio
  • Develop and maintain as-is and to-be process maps, value streams, and process hierarchies aligned to enterprise standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Process Governance Office to understand current process modelling standards, frameworks, and conventions, and ensure all process maps adhere to those standards
  • Engage with business stakeholders, operations teams, and SMEs to capture detailed process requirements
  • Drive process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support transformation, digitization, and change programs with high-quality process artefacts
  • Ensure process models align with banking regulations, internal controls, and compliance requirements
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and governance reviews through accurate and up-to-date process documentation
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in Signavio and BPMN modelling
  • Maintain strong governance of the Signavio repository, ensuring quality, consistency, and

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Process Management / Process Mapping
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience using Signavio
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end process mapping (L2L5 decomposition)
  • Proven experience in operations-focused environments
  • Banking or Financial Services domain experience (preferred)
  • Good understanding of KYC, regulatory processes, and customer contact journeys
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Practical knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards and industry best practice
  • CBPP® (ABPMP), OMG OCEB 2, or SAP Certified Process Management Consultant SAP Signavio certification good to have
  • Practical knowledge of BPMN standards and industry best practices
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
