BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER

YOUR ROLE
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, including ad hoc topics, regulatory/audit missions, and coordination across different teams
- Support budget planning and financial monitoring, ensuring alignment with senior management targets
- Manage risk processes, maintain risk registers, and coordinate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare executive-level communications and contribute to strategic initiatives such as AI governance, outsourcing coordination, and change management programs
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 3 years of experience
- Experience in hybrid roles combining business analysis, project support, or cross-functional management
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and produce clear, structured executive communications
- Knowledge of risk management, financial tracking, and KPI definition and monitoring
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with adaptability to dynamic environments and exposure to digital transformation and AI-related topics
- English fluent
