Your role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Polish market. Youll lead business growth initiatives and build a high-performing team within the Application Services portfolio, which includes Business Intelligence, Data Science, AI, ERP Cloud, ECM, BPM, RPA, Testing, Development, and more.

Your tasks

  • Drive business development activities with a strong focus on the local market
  • Expand the Application Services portfolio across Poland
  • Build and shape the right mix of delivery capabilities
  • Support the creation and growth of strategic accounts
  • Collaborate closely with other Strategic Business Units and Global Business Lines operating in Poland
  • Report directly to the Chief Sales Officer in Poland

Your profile

  • Strong orientation toward sales, negotiation, and business growth, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven track record of successful project sales within the last 2 years
  • Deep understanding of the IT and consulting industry
  • Ability to grow local business while navigating a corporate and international environment
  • Active network within the IT business community
  • Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Polish and English

Nice to have

  • Background in consulting or IT ideally a consultant with a strong sales drive
  • Business-oriented profile with deep technological insight and experience working with IT companies
  • Experience from direct IT providers or one of the Big Four consulting firms
