About the role:

The Category Delivery Manager, TSI, is a key leadership role in Operations Procurement function. The role leads an Indiabased team, delivering defined procurement category goals and activity, across bps regions and assets.
In this role, you will align regional delivery with global category strategy while supporting business priorities and operational outcomes.

You will report into the global category team, with a dottedline connection to regional Procurement Delivery leadership.

What youll be responsible for:

  • Deliver bps global TSI category strategy across India, aligned to regional and business priorities
  • Act as the voice of the category within India, partnering with global teams to deliver supply chain and commercial outcomes
  • Balance business needs with category plans to enable value creation, risk management and continuity
  • Serve as the primary regional point of contact for supply chain activity, including business integrity and crisis support
  • Manage supplier performance and Indiabased supply chain contracts across multiple businesses
  • Provide regional insight and operational input into major global contracts, RFIs and RFPs
  • Build collaborative relationships with suppliers to drive efficiency, capability development and value creation
  • Lead customer engagement and enable effective, timely resolution of daytoday issues

Team leadership:

  • Provide engaging, inclusive leadership to a geographically based and matrixed team
  • Develop team capability, including technical excellence, digital fluency and datadriven insights
  • Develop a culture of collaboration, learning and psychological safety
  • Mentor team members and dottedline reports on delivery, customer engagement and risk management

What youll bring:

  • Experience applying category management principles within a sophisticated, multinational environment
  • A strong background of customer collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Leadership experience within procurement or supply chain, including matrix working
  • Strong problemsolving capability with the ability to translate business needs into delivery plans
  • Welldeveloped influencing, communication and relationshipbuilding skills

Desirable experience:

  • Exposure to procurement in Oil & Gas or energy operations
  • Experience with operating strategies, contracting models and supplier management
  • Familiarity with P2P systems and operational procurement
