Join us as a Change Delivery Manager within the Corporate Bank, specifically within the Change Delivery function in the Global Transaction Banking (GTB) business. Corporate Banking provides integrated corporate banking solutions to businesses, large corporates, financial institutions, non-banking financial institutions and global corporates.

The Change Delivery team provide the GTB business with project management skills and disciplines, for priority strategic change initiatives for the Corporate Bank. The role will entail multiple and varied hands on project-based activities including project planning, project execution, process assessment and mapping, communications, analytical activities, and future state operating model/process design and execution. 

As a Change Delivery Manager you will report to a Senior Project Manager Team Leader and will also require working closely with federated project teams made up of colleagues from across the organisation including (but not limited to) Product, Coverage/Sales, Technology and Operations.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Extensive change management experience, leading and delivering product GTB change and/or component parts of larger GTB change programmes.

  • Experience and understanding of UKC Coverage & Client Segments.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the GTB digital strategy

  • Proven experience of delivering GTB digital products and solutions.

  • Experienced in planning and delivering business change/ business readiness outputs for change delivery projects.

  • Integrate risk and control considerations into change design and delivery and operate at pace in highly controlled environments.

Desirable skills include:

  • Project management accreditation and experience in delivering delivery methodologies (AGILE, APMP, PRINCE 2)

  • Understanding of UK regulatory (FCA, PRA etc.) driven change delivery.

  • Candidate should be able to work independently, execute next steps without instruction and execute capability across multi-workstream projects/programmes.

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.

This role is based in London or Radbroke.

Accountabilities

  • Scope Management: Manages a single project with specific, defined objectives, deadlines, and deliverables. Their focus is on completing the project on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Strategic Focus: Operates more tactically, focusing on day-to-day management of resources, schedules, and deliverables for their individual project.
  • Time Horizon: Works with a shorter, more defined timeframe as projects have a set beginning and end.
  • Stakeholder Management: Primarily manages stakeholders related to their specific project, ensuring communication and expectations are clear for the projects deliverables.
  • Risk and Issue Management:  Focuses on risks and issues specific to their project and works to mitigate them within the projects scope.
  • Resource Management: Manages resources for their individual project, ensuring that the project team has the necessary skills, tools, and time to complete the work.
  • Financial Management: Focuses on managing the budget of their specific project, ensuring it is completed within the financial constraints.
  • Metrics: Measures success based on the timely completion of project deliverables within scope, time, and budget.
  • Change Management: Manages changes that directly impact their specific project, including scope changes, timelines, or resource allocation adjustments.
