Job Description:

The Asset Accounting Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset-related financial data, contributing to sound financial reporting and internal controls.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Apply and interpret accounting policies related to fixed assets and leases.
* Execute and improve accounting processes for asset capitalization, depreciation, and disposal.
* Conduct thorough data analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy in asset records.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of digital automation solutions for asset accounting processes.
* Prepare and analyze financial reports related to assets, ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
* Support business process control activities and identify areas for business process improvement within asset accounting.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, applying customer-centric thinking to address their asset accounting needs.
* Ensure adherence to internal control and compliance frameworks pertaining to asset management.
* Leverage digital fluency to utilize various accounting software and analytical tools effectively.

Job Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in applying accounting policy, particularly related to assets.
* Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial reporting.
* Demonstrated analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
* Experience with business process control and improvement methodologies.
* Familiarity with digital automation concepts and tools.
* Proficiency in financial reporting standards and practices.
* Knowledge of internal control and compliance principles.
* Excellent customer-centric thinking and communication skills.
* High level of digital fluency in relevant software and platforms.

*Portuguese proficiency at a basic level is a plus.

Work Location & Shift Pattern

Santa Fe, CDMX.

8:00am to 5:00pm

Hybrid, 2 days remote 3 days in the office.
