Location: Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil
The Corporate Accounts Payable team is looking for an analyst to be based in Brazil. You will manage a big volume of invoices for LATAM & CANADA and will be responsible to contribute towards achieving the accounts payable metrics, as defined in the service level agreement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Booking of accounts payable invoices into our ERP.
- Provide correct and precise answers related accounts payable.
- Ensure all the requirements that our tax authority require in the invoices.
- Daily contact with different line of business.
- Analysis, investigation and follow up of documents related AP.
- Assist to the team in other activities related Accounts Payable.
Requires Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business and related courses.
- +2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong team work and collaborative skills.
- MS Office (advanced).
- Fluent English in both written and verbal.
- Service and detailed oriented.
- Ability to manage, prioritize & work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and flexibility to adapt to changes.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Knowledge in SAP, Concur & Ariba is a plus.
