We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Junior Sales Business Manager to join our Liquidity Management and Strategy team within Markets. This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Partner with sales leadership to define and execute commercial plans that align with business objectives, and translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps that support revenue and growth objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set sales targets; develop reporting frameworks to monitor progress against sales targets
  • Write and deliver quarterly commercial updates that narrate sales performance and market activity for executive and team audiences
  • Create new reporting such as YoY performance summaries, initiative trackers, and ad-hoc commercial updates that provide clarity and insight to support decision-making and sales execution
  • Collaborate with data and reporting teams to extract insights from internal performance metrics, client engagement trends, and market movements; convert complex findings into clear, actionable strategies
  • Build agendas and presentation materials for sales campaigns, meetings, and leadership offsites
  • Lead planning and coordination of meetings across commercial leadership, ensuring clear follow-ups
  • Foster collaboration across functions, connecting sales with product, marketing, finance, and platform teams to enable unified execution
  • Own open-ended projects, independently driving scope definition, execution, and delivery with minimal direction

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy, business management, consulting or sales operations roles, experience with a sales organization strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce dashboards)
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills, with demonstrated experience writing executive-level updates and reports. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results
  • Prior financial markets knowledge is helpful; willingness and capability to self-learn quickly is essential
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and outcome-oriented with a proactive, solution-first mindset
