Responsibilities: Achieve individual sales target of both group medical and group life insurance Assist in achieving team sales target Able to deliver account management servicing to assigned renewal accounts Responsible for new business opportunities of group life and group medical insurance through intermediary channels to achieve the business targets Provide services to customers and intermediaries Maintain close relationship with key business contact Develop new business sources Support team head on developing and performing strategic plans Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or higher from a reputable university or college At least 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits field or sales experience, preferably in service industry or sizeable organization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good customer service mindset Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
