We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Development Executive.

Principal responsibilities

  • Drives premium/HNW customer growth by identifying and developing key partnerships that expand market reach.
  • Provides valuable insights into market trends and partner needs, enabling the Bank to adapt and innovate, and enhances internal communication and ensures that partnership initiatives are supported by the necessary resources.
  • Explore new partners and build connections to identify potential partnership collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with partners in China and internal RB&W stakeholders to ensure efficient channel onboarding and requirements, and elevate service standards
  • Required to build strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach to execute change at pace, both with partners and stakeholders for long-term collaboration.
  • Frequent travelling within China and occasionally to HK

Requirements

  • Education: University level education
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year direct sales experience in banking industry, preferably channel sales experience
  • Good understanding of branch services and operations
  • Experience of successfully leading/involving a partnership deal.
  • High proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a MUST. Good command of English is an advantage.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
