Responsibilities: Manage daily operational activities related to brokers/ sales team service requests, including screening and processing broker requisition efficiently and accurately Monitor inquiry channels (email and hotline), providing timely and professional responses to brokers and internal stakeholders Support the management of the insurance brochure and e-library, ensuring materials are up-to-date and accessible Assist in broker communication initiatives, such as preparing and distributing broker bulletins and other informational updates Facilitate sales support for in-house sales teams, particularly regarding non-policy scope inquiries Coordinate broker onboarding processes and conduct ongoing due diligence to ensure compliance and performance standards are maintained Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to support seamless daily operations and promptly resolve operational issues Assist with ad-hoc tasks, special projects, or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Qualifications: Diploma or Degree holder; relevant certifications such as IIQE 1,3,5 are highly preferred. Prior experience in Insurance Policy Servicing, Broker Operations, or related fields is advantageous. Good communication and coordination skills in Cantonese and English. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Able to work independently as well as within a team. Knowledge of relevant compliance and sales practices.
