We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Officer Service Relationship.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct service and operation follow SOP, Regulation and Terms Condition
- Doing operating rhythm as Branch Operations (BOP) with integrity
- Support business to follow up leads, approach customer potential based on their profile and needs
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Has minimum 3-4 years working in banking
- Hold a minimum of bachelors degree
- Integrity, strong knowledge in service and operation; also strong sales driven
- Detailed and Process oriented, strong in administration and archiving
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
