Main missions Deploy, evaluate, and compare LLMs, SLMs, and multimodal models on quality, latency, cost, and safety. Create and maintain model cards aligned with AXA Responsible AI standards. Write clean, reusable Python code and documentation; share results clearly with the team. Collaborate closely with engineers and researchers; communicate progress regularly. Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Technical Skills Proficient in Python Experience with Git and cloud environments (Azure preferred). First hands-on experience with GenAI models/APIs (open-source or hosted). Familiarity with basic ML/NLP concepts Bonus: Docker/containers, CI/CD Soft skills / transversal skills Structured and organized Good culture and curiosity on AI topics and applications Fluency in English, communication and collaboration skills are required.
