The Opportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to join our team in Brisbane to lead key global finance operational services within our business services function. In this role you will be responsible for leading the Accounts Payable and Cash & Banking teams, working closely with the Director and wider finance leadership team with a focus on driving operational excellence, process simplification, service alignment and continuous improvement across finance operations. - Experience leading, motivating & developing operational teams across multiple jurisdictions
- Previous experience operating within a complex global or matrix organisation
- Proven ability to lead operational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels of the organisation
- Experience working in a law firm or similar highly regulated environment
