JOB TITLE: Infrastructure & Capital Projects Sr. Project Manager Overload Poles Workstream

This position is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and you need to be willing to relocate to Puerto Rico or currently live in Puerto Rico to be considered.

YOU ARE:

A person who has lived and breathed engineering, construction, project management and project controls who likes to think big-picture and help find solutions. You have a solid working knowledge and experience in the engineering documentation and information management processes required to build and modernize physical assets, infrastructure, and buildings. You have experience and/or interests in digital solutions that can help clients do more. You are good with people and eager to learn new project and product solutions. You are comfortable supporting project leads during meetings and workshops, and able to support with material and content development.

THE WORK:

This PM will fully own and manage the Overload Poles Workstream, including coordination of Engineering and Construction tasks.

  • Youll manage the lifecycle of pole overload evaluations, track all poles submitted for overload review, and coordinate with Engineering to obtain structural calculations, assessment results, and documentation.
  • Youll collaborate with Construction once engineering outputs are issued, track field activities related to pole modifications or remediation and update records and logs as activities progress.
  • Youll maintain a comprehensive overload workstream tracker and provide biweekly updates summarizing progress, issues, and next steps.
  • Youll identify delays or gaps in the overload workflow and escalate issues and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Youll coordinate regularly with Engineering, Construction, and field teams and support DOE reporting related to overload poles.
