Inside Sales Opportunity Representative
Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell/cross-sell/activate. Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
Has end-to-end sales responsibility for portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, pipeline progression, pipeline close, and post-close acct management
Prepare and deliver presentations for upsell/cross-sell proposals to client.
Collaborate with sales team to foster sales leads, growth, and product knowledge areas where existing opportunities can be accelerated and closed
Generate sales strategies for opportunities
Participate in client management calls
Document all aspects of the sales cycle in a variety of CRMs prioritizing data accuracy and hygiene.
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership
