Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for defining the data requirements and structure for the application.

• Model and design the application data structure, storage, and integration to ensure efficient and effective data management.

• A subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams

• Advanced proficiency in Data Modeling is required.

• Advanced proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management is recommended.

• Advanced proficiency in Data Access, Data Architecture Principles, and AI & Data Strategy is suggested.

• Take ownership of specific data architecture components and ensure alignment with overall project goals.

• Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices in data modeling and architecture.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of data integration strategies to enhance system interoperability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex data-related challenges.

• Participate actively in solution design discussions to influence and improve data management approaches.

• This role requires 5 days away per quarter mandate by the client

• This role requires working on-site at the clients office three days per week
