Your Role
- Designing Neos endtoend data architecture across ingestion, storage, governance and exposure layers.
- Defining integration patterns between Neo, Capgeminis knowledge base and enterprise systems.
- Ensuring data lineage, access control, encryption and compliance are consistently applied.
- Collaborating with Structured Data Lead, AI teams and infra to ensure architectural consistency.
- Advising on scalability and performance improvements, especially as more applications converge into Neo.
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience designing data architectures for large platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud data tooling (GCP preferred), ETL/ELT flows, and APIbased data integration.
- Familiarity with AI data pipelines and governance considerations.
- Ability to work across engineering, AI, product, and enterprise architecture teams.
