Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant to join our Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions. This role plays a critical advisory and leadership function, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver treasury management strategies that support highly complex business and technical needs across the enterprise.

About This Role

In this role, you will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing long-term Treasury Management Consulting objectives and driving large-scale, cross-functional solutions. You will lead work that requires advanced analytical thinking, strategic vision, and the ability to navigate highly complex initiatives while guiding others and fostering collaboration across multiple business lines.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges that require in-depth evaluation across multiple business lines, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative, cross-functional, and enterprise-wide business solutions
  • Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor to support development and capability building
  • Strategically engage with professionals and managers across all levels of the organization and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education

Desired Qualifications

  • Recognized expert in treasury management, payments, and liquidity, with the ability to drive innovation and emerging trends
  • Experience with Treasury Management products and services
  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide digital payments or liquidity transformation initiatives
  • Advanced analytical and consultative skills to diagnose operational inefficiencies and design large-scale, data-driven treasury solutions
  • Proven track record of influencing executive stakeholders to drive strategic treasury roadmaps
  • Strong partnership-building skills through effective collaboration, relationship management, and communication
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
