Wells Fargo India & Philippines is primarily an extension of the technology, operations, and corporate support teams of Wells Fargo. It engages in application development and support, testing, other technology functions, international operations, knowledge support, and middle and back-end banking process solutions for a wide spectrum of Wells Fargos needs. It currently has offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Manila.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide advice and support to senior and mid-level leaders spanning a range of complexity to effectively lead and manager their teams

  • Review and analyze moderately complex people related issues that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Advise business leaders by asking the right questions, developing organizational and cultural knowledge, sharing observations, data, and themes relating to specific human resources products and services in order to develop and implement human resources solutions

  • Lead projects or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

  • Embrace the Human Resources Operating Model by proactively and effectively collaborating with partners to positively influence outcomes

  • Develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Human Resources Advisory experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Candidates must hold a bachelors degree or higher

  • SHRM or SHRBP certification is an advantage

  • Candidates must be certified in, or have a strong understanding of, automation or AI tools and applications

  • Experience working in a global captive environment is required

  • Experience in a financial institution is also required

  • Experience using ServiceNow and Workday is required

  • Candidates must be proficient in project management

  • Experience working in an operational environment is essential.


Job Expectations:

  • This role is an individual contributor position

  • The position follows a hybrid work setup, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week

  • Candidates must be willing to work a midshift schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

  • The role may require attending occasional meetings with U.S. counterparts after midnight

  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity and can navigate unclear or evolving situations effectively

  • The candidate must be collaborative and demonstrate a strong service orientation

  • The candidate should be comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
