About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager to join the Human Resources team. This role serves as a strategic leader and Chief of Staffstyle advisor, overseeing a highperforming team that supports the Chief Operating Office (COO) and Consumer Banking Lending (CBL) organizations, with a strong focus on datadriven decision making.
The role is responsible for driving HR strategy, execution, and transformation across a large, complex, global operating environment, leveraging workforce data, analytics, and executive reporting to inform priorities, monitor performance, and identify emerging peoplerelated risks. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior HR and business leaders to shape workforce strategy, strengthen risk management, and deliver enterprisewide people initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor and Chief of Staffstyle partner to senior HR leadership, shaping enterprise HR strategy and execution.
Lead and develop a highperforming Business Execution team responsible for HR strategy, transformation, and delivery across COO and CBL organizations.
Drive planning, execution, and governance of complex, highvisibility HR initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational health, talent practices, and largescale transformation programs.
Partner with Line of Business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to align priorities, secure resources, resolve issues, and ensure policy compliance across a global operating environment.
Design and execute initiatives that strengthen career transparency, pay clarity, manager capability, and internal mobility across Global Operations.
Identify and mitigate peoplerelated and execution risks, strengthening HR controls, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
Deliver executiveready analytics, insights, dashboards, and reporting to support decisionmaking and proactively surface emerging risk and workforce trends.
Influence crossfunctional leaders and teams to align on strategies, manage change, and deliver complex, multistakeholder outcomes.
Optimize allocation of people and financial resources to meet business objectives and execution commitments.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to Business Execution processes, operating models, and governance practices.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years Management experience
Desired Qualifications
Operational knowledge of HR tools, processes, workflows, and people data
Experience developing key performance metrics, dashboards, or scorecards
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leaders and executives
Experience working in a large, complex, dynamic organization with multiple business groups and broad geographic reach
Proven success creating strategic infrastructure for large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to initiate action and effectively manage change
Experience developing long-range strategic plans using data and prioritization tools and methodologies
Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and make decisions across diverse stakeholder groups
Experience working in a risk-driven or highly regulated environment
