About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Process Engineer.


In this role, you will:

Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives

Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data

Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions

Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities

Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration

Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership

Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Interact with internal customers

Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualification

2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Hands on experience with the Alfresco Lightweight Workflow tool, iGrafx (or similar process repository tool), Microsoft products

Review design documentation received from onshore resources(s)

Configure new LWWF models or modify existing LWWF models.

Test in multiple environments, promoting to subsequent environments when ready.

Coordinate with onshore resource re: readiness and/or issues.

Should be well versed with techniques like Lean, Six Sigma, JIRA, SharePoint, and advanced Excel.

Experience leveraging automation and low-code tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) to support process improvements.

Familiarity with Python or scripting for data analysis or process insights

Experience with Risk Identification techniques, including RCSA, Root Cause Analysis, control reviews/testing, and audit support.

Exposure to process testing, validation, and readiness coordination with onshore or cross-functional teams.
