In this role, you will:

  • Support MidCorporate Relationship Managers in attracting, growing, and retaining client relationships through proactive preparation and execution of sales activities.
  • Provide direct support to Relationship Managers across key markets, including Missouri, Colorado and Texas
  • Prepare client data, pitch materials, and presentation content to support meetings, strategy discussions, and internal reviews.
  • Assist with client interactions through precall planning, realtime notetaking, and timely postcall followup.
  • Conduct recurring portfolio reviews with Relationship Managers, track opportunities, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with product partners to deliver tailored solutions informed by client needs, financial analysis, and industry insights.
  • Coordinate closely with Credit partners on screenings, annual reviews, underwriting preparation, and financial analysis.
  • Manage client administration, including account openings, service coordination, and resolving operational issues.
  • Support Treasury Management and deposit-related requests, ensuring timely processing and approvals.
  • Participate in compliance and risk activities, including audits, regulatory reviews, and policy adherence.
  • Represent Wells Fargo in the market through networking, client events, and community engagement.
  • Assist in structuring and renewing complex transactions; analyze financials and partner with senior team members to develop recommendations.
  • Lead or resolve complex initiatives within Relationship Management, ensuring alignment with policy and risk expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Deep expertise across core banking products and services, including commercial lending, treasury management, and related credit solutions.
  • Commercial Banking or Corporate & Investment Banking experience with a proven track record in the MidCorporate segment.
  • Formally credit trained, with strong credit acumen and the ability to structure and evaluate complex transactions.
  • Demonstrated history of managing and growing commercial relationships, generating new business, and cultivating longterm client partnerships.
  • Strong crossfunctional collaborator who works effectively with product partners to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Skilled in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risk while maintaining strict adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
