Major Relationship Manager is a key role responsible for end-to-end management of high-value corporate client portfolios. This role focuses on building long-term, strategic trusted partnerships with corporate clients, driving business growth, expanding market share, and delivering comprehensive financial solutions tailored to clients operational and development needs. The position requires deep expertise in corporate banking products, strong credit risk management capabilities, and excellent business development and client service skills, while ensuring strict compliance with banking regulations and internal risk policies to achieve sustainable revenue growth for the bank.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Formulate and implement client development strategies, actively expand new corporate clients in target industries, and expand the banks corporate client coverage and market share.
Achieve annual business performance targets including deposit growth, interest income, fee-based income, and cross-border referral.
Deepen cooperation with existing corporate clients, tap into cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, promote the coverage of diversified corporate banking products, and maximize the share of wallet of each client.

2. Credit Business & Risk Management
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, industry research and credit risk assessment on corporate clients, independently complete credit investigation, data sorting and risk judgment of corporate credit projects.
Strictly abide by national financial regulatory laws, industry norms and the banks internal management systems, fully implement KYC, AML, CDD and other regulatory requirements.
Proactively identify potential business risks of client enterprises, conduct real-time monitoring of portfolio asset quality, and put forward targeted risk prevention and resolution plans.

3. Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Collaborate efficiently with internal departments to ensure smooth progress of corporate client business.
Provide professional guidance and business mentoring to junior relationship managers, and drive the improvement of team overall business capacity.

Job Requirements


Education & Experience


Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
8+ years of solid work experience in corporate banking, commercial banking or related financial institutions, with a proven track record of corporate client relationship management and business development.


Technical Skills


Excellent business negotiation, business development and client communication skills, capable of effective communication and cooperation with corporate senior management.
In-depth professional knowledge of corporate banking products.
Strong corporate financial analysis, credit risk assessment and project underwriting capabilities, able to accurately identify and judge business risks.

Core Competencies


Good problem-solving ability and pressure resistance, able to efficiently handle complex business issues and tight work tasks.
