About this role:

The Wells Fargo Chief Data Office (CDO) CxO organization is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to join the team. This role will focus on administrative support related to CDO-wide event operations spanning leadership offsites, site visits, summits, and cross-functional forums that are essential to strategic execution, leadership alignment, culture, and delivery outcomes.


In this role, you will:

  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of CDO-wide and executive-level events
  • Provide professional support which encompasses administrative work (e.g., calendar management, expenses), ad hoc initiatives, and ongoing business efforts such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and pulling routine reports
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of administrative procedures to less experienced staff
  • Collaborate with immediate Administrative Assistant team, functional area, and internal peers regarding routine administrative tasks
  • Communicate and interact with Senior Leaders to support daily administrative tasks
  • Interact with leaders across the Technology organization and outside vendors

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Company Secretary or any relevant experience for both virtual/remote or corporate work environment
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders across a multi-cultural environment, accommodating constantly changing schedules, and prioritizing both meetings and people


Job Expectations:

  • Candidate must be willing to work in-person (Uptown Charlotte, NC) at least 4 days a week
