Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Senior Executive Assistant to support Senior Leaders within our Office of the COO and Strategic Investments & Innovation Center (SPIN) teams.

SPIN is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing minority investments and strategic partnerships that accelerate the firms long-term growth agenda. The team operates at the intersection of corporate strategy, M&A, venture investing, and product innovation, with a particular focus on financial infrastructure, digital assets, data platforms, and next-generation fintech.

This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide administrative and executive support in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively manage a complex calendar with intention and strategic priorities in mind
  • Work with stakeholders to prepare effective pre-reads and materials
  • Work closely and effectively with the Executives team
  • Manage extensive domestic and international travel arrangements including detailed itineraries
  • Support day-to-day needs that keep the executive operating at their best
  • Manage both planned and last-minute requests with discretion and poised execution
  • Bring a growth mindset comfortable wearing multiple hats, pitching in as needed
  • Frequent engagement with leadership-level contacts both inside and outside the organization.
  • Conduct research, compile, analyze, and summarize information for reports and correspondence, while managing sensitive and complex situations with discretion and tact.
  • Drive process and product innovation.

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

  • High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required, Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Applicable vocational training such as courses on relevant business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), basic business writing, or similar preferred; AA degree or relevant business certifications preferred.
  • 7+ years of total work experience preferred; Bachelors degree may be considered in lieu of some experience.
  • Proven ability to exercise autonomy in managing complex, confidential administrative duties requiring broad knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
  • The candidate must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience/interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency both within the administrative function and in support of the executives
