Serve as the operational lead for sales onboarding and training execution across roles, cohorts, and hiring waves Own end-to-end onboarding and training operational planning, dependency management, and reporting, ensuring alignment between hiring forecasts, onboarding flow, and training delivery roadmap Ensure onboarding and training operations are predictable, scalable, auditable, and visible to senior stakeholders

Summary

The Business Project Senior Specialist is responsible for managing complex projects or multiple workstreams within broader programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market conditions. This role involves developing strategic project plans, mitigating risks and influencing key stakeholders to drive seamless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and govern the integrated onboarding and training delivery roadmap, in partnership with the Sales Training Manager, aligned to hiring forecasts and business priorities

  • Serve as primary owner of onboarding and training operational dependencies; coordinate across Workforce Strategy, Talent/HR Ops, Sales Leadership, Sales Coaching, Training Delivery, Compliance, Scheduling, and Enablement teams

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding funnel management, from new hire intake through launch readiness and handoff to coaching

  • Translate headcount projections into training demand, capacity plans, and delivery sequencing, surfacing risks and trade-offs proactively

  • Own onboarding and training data strategy, including new hire tracking, progress reporting, certification, launch readiness, and funnel health metrics

  • Deliver regular executive-level reporting on onboarding throughput, readiness, risks, fallout and performance trends

  • Establish and maintain operational governance, operating rhythms, escalation paths, and reporting standards for onboarding and training

  • Lead stakeholder communication and alignment on onboarding plans, changes, risks, and mitigation strategies

  • Identify systemic gaps and drive continuous improvement across onboarding processes, tools, reporting, and handoffs

  • Ensure onboarding and training operations support audit and compliance requirements, with clear data lineage and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with 5 Years of strong background in business project management, stakeholder engagement and process optimization.

  • Bachelors degree (BBA / B.Com / BMS) or MBA (Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field).

  • Expertise in project management methodologies.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to analyze business challenges, develop strategic roadmaps and implement process improvements.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
