This role is focused on quality assurance within our cost basis operations, with primary responsibility for assessing process quality, identifying gaps, and driving improvements that enhance accuracy, consistency, and overall effectiveness. A key secondary responsibility includes partnering with process owners and cost basis leaders to support targeted training needs, helping close knowledge gaps and improve quality outcomes across teams. In addition, this role offers opportunities to align with risk and controlrelated OKRs, contribute meaningful work to strengthen the cost basis environment, and collaborate with business partners and peers to research rootcause issues, problemsolve, and drive informed improvements.

Core Responsibilities

1. Supports the development, implementation, and testing of controls and control activity within assigned division using relevant tools and platforms. Identifies defects, monitors controls and evaluates effectiveness. Recommends actions to increase effectiveness.

2. Provides facilitation and analytical support to ensure internal controls are properly aligned and implemented. Supports business on internal and external audit activities and results as well as risk mitigation initiatives in response to audit findings.

3. Thoroughly documents findings and assists with reporting results. Develops and updates monthly dashboards and management reports.

4. Builds strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

5. Provides education to crew around audit and control issues in order to create awareness, education, and compliance.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
