About Us

The Tudor Group manages assets across fixed income, currency, commodity and equity asset classes and related derivative instruments in the global markets for an international clientele. Paul Tudor Jones II, Co-Chairman, Chief Investment Officer, and the controlling principal, founded the Tudor Group in 1980. Since its inception, the Tudor Group has grown from one individual into a global investment adviser comprised of more than 500 personnel in the US, the UK, Singapore, and the Dubai International Financial Centre. Tudors investment strategies today include, among others, discretionary global macro, event driven equity, long/short equity, quantitative global macro, statistical arbitrage and other quantitative trading strategies.

Role

This is an operational role within Tudors Investor Relations (IR) team, focused on supporting the accuracy, organization, and delivery of reporting, data, and communications. The Client Services Analyst will work closely with IR colleagues, the fund administrator, and other internal teams to ensure investor information and records are well maintained, communicated correctly and controlled.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and reconcile information produced by the fund administrator to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Track and monitor investor activity, including processing and reviewing transactions documents, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of investor communications and materials.
  • Manage the investor website, including content updates and assisting with access and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the investor database (CRM).
  • Respond to investor inquiries and ad hoc requests.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of regulatory reporting and related filings.
  • Contribute to improvements in processes and workflows, including the use of AI tools and automation, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and risk reduction.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance.
  • Recent graduate with relevant internship or work experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across the firm.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate will be asked to take the Series 3

Location:

  • Stamford, CT.
  • This is a hybrid role with 4 days required in office.

Compensation:

Annual base salary for the position is expected to be $80,000-$105,000 per year. Actual salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work experience and credentials, and/or skill level, the salary expectations of applicable applicants, and other market conditions. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation will be finalized at the time of offer.
