Primary responsibilities include maintaining the privacy inventory of laws and regulations, providing guidance on privacy controls, working with the Privacy team to meet regulatory compliance management (RCM) accountabilities, developing risk assessments and reporting mechanisms, supporting regulatory changes, and contributing to strategic privacy projects across Europe and Asia-Pacific regions.
Required experience includes the ability to understand complex laws and regulations, knowledge of European and international privacy legislation, strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience developing governance documentation. Candidates should have a degree in Law, a background in Privacy, Legal, Compliance, or Risk Management, and preferably an International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) certification.
