Having been on the other side of the table more often than I can count, I wanted to give you some advice on the process and case studies in particular.

Management consultants often have to approach questions or areas where there is little prior knowledge, so they use frameworks to structure their thoughts. I thought it might be good to run you through the most commonly used consulting frameworks.

I often get asked how management consultants spend their days and it they are really that long as everyone says.
