Overview

Susquehanna has a job opportunity available on our Executive Support team in our Philadelphia area (Bala Cynwyd) office. We’re looking for a master multi-tasker in this role, someone who thrives on meeting the needs of others and can leverage their communication skills and upbeat attitude to assist our team with any needs that arise.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, empowering the senior leadership team of our technology operation. You will manage schedules, coordinate travel as needed and play a key role in executing company functions and events. The right candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site five days a week opportunity to engage closely with our team and make a meaningful impact. 

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a key liaison for executives, senior managers and team members ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Optimize schedules and engagements with planning and foresight
  • Use software systems for efficient meeting planning, travel logistics, and expense management
  • Drive administrative projects and initiatives forward, contributing to the team's success
  • Elevate the employee experience by facilitating dynamic company events and gatherings (both on and off-site)

What we're looking for
  • Experience in roles that involve critical thinking, travelplanning, coordination, and project management
  • Proficiency in software, demonstrating an ability to leverage technology for efficiency
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proven track record of managing multiple priorities with strategic task prioritization
  • An eye for detail, ensuring high standards in all aspects of work
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a team
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
