Susquehanna International Group (SIG) is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Lead in Dublin, Ireland. This role is critical for designing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies to support talent development and organizational growth across the company's human resources function.
As the Learning and Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive learning programs, designing training curricula, implementing professional development initiatives, and creating strategic learning solutions that align with the organization's goals and enhance employee skills and performance.
