JOB DESCRIPTION

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Change Manager (Officer Level) to join our international Change Team. You will work alongside a group of 10 experienced specialists supporting more than 100 clients across multiple business lines. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver client‑driven change — from onboarding new business or products to managing fund lifecycle events and bespoke project requests.

You will partner directly with clients and internal stakeholders worldwide, ensuring seamless execution, clear communication, and excellence in risk management.

Why this role is important to us

You will be joining the Investment Services function that allows us to deliver a comprehensive, holistic approach to each client relationship — for asset managers and asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally. It means our client-facing functions work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer — across all of our locations, products, and capabilities.

Join us if making your mark on the long-lasting client relationships we build is a challenge you are up for.

What you will be responsible for

As a Client Change Manager, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate new business/product onboardings for both existing and new clients.
  • Manage fund lifecycle events: fund launches, mergers, conversions, and other client‑initiated changes.
  • Serve as the central communication point for assigned projects — monitoring progress, reporting to global stakeholders, and ensuring transparency.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to support long‑term collaboration and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across regions (Fund Accounting, Custody, Transfer Agency, Risk, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Maintain effective internal controls and contribute to robust risk management throughout all project stages.
  • Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory expectations.
  • Respond to client queries efficiently with a commitment to timely turnaround
  • Act proactively—identify and eliminate obstacles, propose improvements, and take full ownership of your work.

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are an asset.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and a solutions‑oriented mindset

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
  • Good understanding of fund administration, including custody, fund accounting, and transfer agency operations
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg fund processes (NAV production, custody specifics) is an advantage, not a requirement
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)

Additional information

Even if you don’t meet every listed requirement but you enjoy managing change, think strategically, are data‑driven, and thrive in a collaborative environment — we’d love to hear from you. We value curiosity, initiative, continuous improvement, and a strong sense of responsibility.
