Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, Securities this team a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

People responsibility: N

Report to: VP Client Support

  1. To provide immediate response to queries from clients’ FX trading team and our GM sales team for timely FX execution.
  2. To provide flexible and value-added services as competition grows, while controlling risk and cost to the bank.
  3. To keep up with continuous introduction of new treasury products and changing rules in the market and to ensure that operations and control procedures are in place to handle the settlement and reporting requirements of the products.
  4. To fully understand the market practices, clients’ requirements, and our capabilities in order to help complete customers’ requests for proposals and service level agreements which also require constant monitoring afterwards to ensure the compliance with customer requirements.
  5. To exercise a high degree of flexibility to cope with unpredictable regulatory changes and client needs.

  • Bachelor or above university degree.
  • Strong relevant experience in securities industry asset management company or in commercial/ institutional banking experience.
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure within a team environment.
  • Managerial skills in the high growth, high competition market and overall vision and insights to plan and implement new initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Orgnaised, self-initiated an detail oriented.
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • GPAD covered worker.

  • Internal Control License and Financial Sense and Ethical License are required and prerequisite.
