Required qualifications include a Master's degree (Level 4-5) in engineering or real estate promotion, preferably from ESTP/EDHEC or ESTP/ESSEC. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, anticipation capabilities, and a determination to tackle multiple challenges. Prior experience in real estate programs would be advantageous.
