Responsibilities

Job role:

- Technical support and development for WLAN (WIFI solutions)

- Technical referent for WLAN

-  Study and integration of WLAN projects and technical solutions

- WiFi coverage studies

- Incident handling, radio spectrum analysis, and configurations regarding WiFi infrastructures

- Maintenance in Operational Condition (MOC) of WLAN infrastructures (CORP & GUEST)

- Frontline support

- Technical support for users (Incidents, requests, etc)

- Advise and deployment regarding WIFI solutions

- Audits and benchmarking

- RUN and maintenance of WiFI infrastructures

- Follow-up of Wifi Service and proposal of new solutions based on future needs

- Reporting and technical presentations towards the management.

Technica environment :

                - Cisco Catalyst 9130/ 9136/ 9120/ 9164/ 3800

                - WLC Cisco 9800

                - Catalyst Center

                - Hamina/ Ekahau

                - Ucopia solutions

                - Cloudifi solutions

Profile required

Deliverables

- Site surveys

- Audits and recommendations

- Documentation and technical roadmaps

- Technical and budget studies

- Project management (quotes, planning, budget, deployment, production of LLDs and HLDs)

- Technical roadmaps

- Change management

LANGUAGE: 

Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
